Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Following attributes are required in the role:
- Ability to drive results against time constraints.
- Proficiency and experience in Investigations.
- Professional track record in a related area, such as counselling, investigation, or litigation
- Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor.
- High emotional intelligence -ability to stay away from conflict and resolve situations amicably.
- Effective planning, scheduling & implementation skills.
- Ability to work on the move. Travel to locations may be required on short notice.
2.Key Result Areas:
- Investigating Ombuds cases reported and submitting investigation report with corrective & preventive recommendations.

- Determine the Root Cause of failure in case of any incident and work to put in place corrective and preventive measures.
- Educate and create adequate awareness among the stakeholder on Information Security policies and procedures.
- Reporting and analysis of Om buds cases reported.
- Communication of Ombuds process and case studies through awareness sessions, trainings and huddles.
3.Handling grievances raised by employees, Vendors, customers and others with Ombuds.
-Conducting e-discovery, internet profiling etc in detail, to enable identify non-compliances
-Exhibit sense of ownership, ethical behaviour, and judgemental ability in handling grievances, as well as discussions with stakeholders
-Conflict Management, and handling reporters, and other stake holders with utmost sensitivity.
-Plan and conduct training / sessions on Ombuds & Compliances across all bands, and geographies
-Implementation of actions through respective stakeholders
Technological Skills Person should have following mandatory skills:
- Work experience (>5 years) in Finance Domain.
- Excellent knowledge of computers i.e. Operating systems, Network, MS Office and on-line tools.
- Advanced verbal & written communication skills, advanced presentation skills, interpersonal & people management skills and conflict management skills.
- Awareness of people processes and policies.
