TITLE: Okta SME

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years in Okta WIC and/or Auth0

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role you will report to the Director of Identity and Access Management and be on the front line of implementing Okta solutions.

Responsibilities

Support implementation and ongoing management of the Okta platform for internal and external identity use cases using WIC and Auth0 respectively.

? Help conceptualize, design, and implement identity lifecycle and governance solutions

? Configuration and management of the Okta instance that supports internal business needs, including policy management, app integration, and feature implementation

? Collaborate and work with customer's Okta team to understand the full landscape and future roadmap

Develop new solutions to meet workforce business challenges and cross-train other team members

? Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers

Qualifications

? Solid experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise IAM solutions, directory systems such as AD/LDAP, SSO, experience with Okta & Ping technologies, running in conjunction with Google Cloud

Strong understanding of federation concepts, authentication processes and protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth

? Working knowledge of FedRAMP high controls, control mapping, general industry IAM concepts and best practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM

? Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST/FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, Zero Trust, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc.

? Experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL, and other supporting technologies

? Basic knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies

? 6+ years' experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions
