3-5 years of experience in Backoffice operation
Key Skills required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and regulation
- Should be native in Japanese and fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of global cross cultural
- Team management skill
Key Accountabilities:
- Real estate strategy and planning for Japan and its execution including office relocation, refurbishment, closure
- Real estate operation management in nationwide liaising with the landlords and vendors
- Enable and improve system, process, SOP, operation flows by integration, migration, optimization
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Statutory activities and compliance management in EHS, ISO27001, various local regulation in busines and office management area
- Operation management
- Vendor management
- Represent global tax, legal procurement, finance team liaising with customer, public sector
- Team management
The position reports into the Senior Manager of the Global Operations Team, dotted reporting into Japan leadership team
Work Location -Yokohama and Japan nationwide
