The role : Network Architect

Location : Assago, Milano, Italy

What You Will Do

• Single point of Contact for Network related project roadmap.
• Providing Guidance to technologies support team on time-to-time basis
• Working with Customer & onsite Team for discussing the planned activities.
• Driving the Medium/Major Projects as per roadmap planned by Customer
• Perform data center on Prem and on cloud project related activities - spine/leaf/LBs/firewall and into legacy network infrastructure
• Involvement, if possible, into high impact changes/incident/technical governance
• Provide update to Customer team on project status
• Participate into weekly meeting with Customer and Wipro SPOC
• Coordination with D&B team to perform validation, POC, Tests and work in coordination with automation team and SME/L3 to implement design
• Support the design and setup of Data Center standards, guidelines, run books and compliance requirements. Implement strategies for optimizing network performance, including switching and routing, Cloud Networking load balancing, traffic management, and latency reduction, monitoring improvement, and automation.
• Manage & develop the architecture for a broader scope of platforms and deliver the architectural design for products, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solution.
• Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across a product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
• Support Designing Cloud Networking in Azure / AWS / GCP, Etc in line with Cloud Architects supporting overall strategy considering complex, highly available, reliable, secure, and scalable network architectures for cloud-based applications.
• Support the performance testing and tuning to ensure optimal application delivery. Create and maintain - comprehensive documentation for the cloud architecture, including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
• Support/Participate in Platform Toolchain to integrated different on-premises and cloud automation designing, creation of templates focuses on network related automation and integrate the best processes for testing automation, continuous monitoring, CICD processes, and DevOps.
• Support the ARM area together with a team of enterprise, cloud, and technical architects champion you will represent the Data and Cloud Network stream to assure alignment between business mission, strategy, processes to develop the CoE (Center of Excellence) focusing on cloud adoption, re-platforming, automation and shared artifacts and building blocks focus on repeatable architectures for cloud networking solutions.
• Support the technical queries around network infrastructure for Customer to Identify the financial and organizational impact of the solution architecture.
• Support the technical queries around network infrastructure for Customer Provide consulting and design assistance to the business and product owners.

• Bachelor's degree from in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required
• Mandatory Skillsets: Cloud Network (Azure/AWS/GCP), Cisco Nexus & ACI, Load Balancing (F5), Cloud automation designing
• Good to have skills: Routing/Switching (Cisco/Aruba), Wireless (Cisco/Aruba)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
