The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting:
• Support oversight and delivery of the team performing the monthly/quarterly /half yearly Investor/Client reporting, Investor queries, Anti-trust and Cosec activities
• Overseeing a team of 6-10 associates to provide direction, guidance, and review.
• Oversight and high-level knowledge over several different CBS processes.
• Prior work experience of working with Fund administrators in the domain of hedge fund or Pvt Equity
• Interaction with the Fund Administrators to ensure reporting is accurate and timely and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team.
• Interaction with the Fund Administrators to ensure client queries are addressed in a timely manner and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team.
• Actively participates in the governance meetings, set the agenda and report SLAs/KPIs
• Help develop processes and controls in India team.
• Manage external investor queries and internal investor relations demands.
• Ensure there is adequate process documentation (SOPs) and control for your areas of responsibility.
• Back-up and cover will also need to be provided to other functional support areas within Operations or to other team members on an ad-hoc basis.
• Assist with Fund Administrator assessments and feedback including monitoring administrator delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
Essential:
• MBA finance or Post-graduate with at least 10 -1 2 years of PQE
• Prior experience in either Fund Administration, hedge fund, Private Equity & Venture Capital and/ or accounting experience gained in an Asset Manager, Fund Administrator.
• Prior experience of working in third party service provider set up with client centric approach
• Prior experience of managing account delivery growth and mining new opportunities for the business
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Very strong team player who is happy to work in a collegiate and consultative manner.
• Strong knowledge of private fund structures and reporting issues.
• Conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
• Prior experience of managing a team of 6-10 team members
