Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
2. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
4. Create & publish monthly Billing Forecast reports, Variance reasons, Billing advice.
5. Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project's (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators)
6. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
7. Generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication
8. Understand operational problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
9. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and

10. Liaison with support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage & improve existing

2. Good at Excel/Google Sheet, docs and slides knowledge.
3. Working knowledge in PLX/SQL.
4. Knowledge on Looker Studio and Google App-Script is an added benefit.
5. Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
6. Logical Thinker: Must look at the numbers & data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
7. Math Skills: Required math skills to estimate numerical data.
8. Self-Driven and Learn ability.
9. Thorough understanding of the organization and business operations preferred.
