Job Description

Wipro's Digital Experience (DX) team helps enterprise companies improve and differentiate themselves using experience strategies in three key areas: customer experience, employee experience, and partner experience. By creating remarkable, simple and memorable experiences for all audiences along the buyers journey, the employee journey and the partner journey, many enterprise companies can improve revenue, achieve growth goals and advance reach on a global level.

We are looking for a marketing manager to support our DX practice, under the umbrella of Wipro Enterprise Futuring. This is an opportunity to learn and engage with a part of Wipro that injects direct intellectual property into advanced DX solutions through tech. We focus on the tech stack as well as the operational side of several functional areas within any business (infrastructure, revenue growth, commerce, marketing, cloud-first platforms).

Our business team focuses on advanced tech such as generative AI, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, and operational advancements that can become a leadership driver for any organization. The marketing manager will be responsible for marketing programs of the DX practice working together with other members on the team. Daily activities will include collaborating with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive strategic marketing campaigns.

Requirements would include a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, across channels (paid social, organic social, web pages, back linking web pages, blogs, podcasts, email, events, online events, sales activities). And many of these channels are owned by teams that will require collaboration, alignment, and partnership. Additional collaboration will be critical in the areas of Public Relations, Analyst Relations, and corporate brand alignment.

Our goal is to drive customer demand and purchase intent across target audiences and industries. This involves creating new snackable content that tells the story of what a customer can achieve by working with our experts and partners. Or what businesses will gain by investing in the employee experience. We would like to see skills in storytelling abilities, writing and creative insights, plus, the ability to research analyst reports and other online sources to provide 3rd party validation to our stories.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Establish Wipro as a leader in DX, specifically around customer experience, employee experience and partner experience.
  2. Demonstrating and telling success stories about Wipro's DX tech expertise and depth of consulting experience.
  3. Always improving brand perception and making our DX voice heard in key markets.
  4. To drive demand and engagement across target customers, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more
  5. Execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to business goals
  6. Work with the business and partnering businesses such as DOP and 360AI, to develop content around thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution sheets, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns, as well as ongoing needs.
  7. Identify, develop and execute events, both virtual and in-person.
  8. Oversee participation in analyst and advisor reports, working with Wipro's analyst relations team and key business stakeholders.
  9. Track and pull channel specific metrics, results and analysis to continually demonstrate program effort and ROI
  10. Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues.


Requirements

  1. 7+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
  2. 4+ years' experience in technology for enterprise customers
  3. Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, channels, and tactics and how to tell the ROI story of integrated success with measurable results.
  4. Team-oriented working style, with proactive project management abilities, ability to take the initiative as appropriate to create, implement and report on projects. Ability to prioritize tasks, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to maintain fluid, open communications with team, colleagues and stakeholders.
  6. Solid knowledge of content creation processes,
  7. Ability to leverage partner marketing to augment marketing programming.
  8. Solid understanding of primary tactical channels: web pages, online/onsite events, paid and organic social media, email marketing, ABM, PR, AR, third party validation, podcasts, sales events, etc.
  9. Ongoing ability to create business communications to share with stakeholders and with other teams within Wipro.

This role is offshore and reports to the Marketing Head for DX, under the Wipro Enterprise Futuring GBL.
