ABOUT THE JOB
The Global Procurement team invites application for "Operation Buyer" in Manpower/Services Team to support the Enterprise procurement spend. As an Operations Buyer, prime responsibility is to procure basic goods and services, obtain quotation, vendor on-boarding and management, end to end procurement operations, contracting knowledge a must have to evaluate risks and adhere to Customer requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Standard role description:
- Review requisition requirements.
- Work efficiently with requester for additional information or any question.
- Negotiates appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements with suppliers.
- Working knowledge of ERP Tools supporting Procurement. SAP-Ariba.
- Complete Customer requests for set up of new suppliers including providing applicable information.
- Interface with clients and suppliers on payment issues in conjunction with commodity manager.
- Work on Contract Management.
- Publish RFI, RFP/RFQ's and conduct Reverse Auction in Ariba tool.
- Support Commodity Buyer.
- Maintain all relevant supplier documentation.
- Ensure Audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
- Works closely with Business teams to execute procurements.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel And PowerPoint.

Experience- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Procurement domain
Education- MBA / Graduate
Personal Skills / Expertise
- Experience in performing duties as Operations Buyer for Global Organizations
- Good Communication skills
- Contracting knowledge will be a good to have additional skill set
- Virtual client facing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
