• Enterprise process transformation with Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following ERP/SAP areas: Finance (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report), Production Planning & Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management
• Leading digital business transformation programs across business, IT and third parties
  Breaking down client problems into articulate and cutting-edge solutions, and communicating the solutions with clients
• Managing opportunities through the consulting sales process, and leading subsequent delivery
  Identifying and leveraging new digital innovations, when defining both 'what' solutions will help a client and 'how' solutions (and projects) are delivered
• Building strong relationships both with client and across Wipro organizations
  Keeping a strong eye on value creation, in everything you do - for the Digital Business Transformation practice, for Wipro, and for our clients
• Business case creation for the client, and management of financials for Wipro
• To be successful in this role, you must effectively lead in both selling and delivering consulting work, that spans across Strategy, Design and Technology...where Digital lives
• In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Business Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings

• 10+ years of strong consulting background with global organizations
• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Process Transformations in one or more of the following ERP/SAP areas: finance (procure to pay, order to cash, record to report), production planning & manufacturing, supply chain management, customer relationship management
• Proven results in complex digital consulting programs and digital transformation
  Proven managerial expertise with extensive project experience across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on analytics and business intelligence experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  Experience of working within complex project matrix environments, with both internal and 3rd party resources
• Strong written/oral communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business
• Ability to understand complex systems and issues and communicate with both technical & non-technical people
• Keen to learn new technologies and expand business domain knowledge
