Title: MT - Legal & Compliance

Reports to: Team Manger/Lead Analyst - Legal & Compliance

Profile: You have at least 0-1 years' experience in the legal/corporate department. You are willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a strong team and results-based environment. You speak English fluently and flexible to work with different work streams

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the legal and corporate requirements of real estate projects/entities throughout Europe.
  • Assist in ensuring thorough absorption of new deals post-closing and subsequently the management of the entities during their legal and corporate life cycle until the disposal process.
  • Assist in draft, review of KYC letters, and ensure the accuracy
  • Help to maintain the company database and assist in the virtual archiving process.
  • Ensure organized, clear, and consistent saving, filing, and scanning of all documents.
  • Well versed with excel skills.
