As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling vision. various ancillary products.

Job Description:

  • Take inbound calls from prospects and existing members. & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads or existing customers.
  • Ability to navigate various applications and multi-task.
  • Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skills
  • Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.
  • Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.
  • Follow documented processes and guidelines.
  • Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Achieve all sales and call center goals.
  • Act as Peer Trainer to facilitate new hire transition from classroom to production. ?
  • Perform administrative type tasks that support team. (This is a limited need among the team and will be taken into consideration for performance).
  • Be actively engaged in team chat to support own learning and the learning of others.
