Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and change in the tech industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers
- Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems
- To carry out the scheduled activities like Daily Checklists, Server reboot, Etc.
- Monitoring of logs and alerts
- Vulnerability remedy & Patch management
- H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Firmware & BIOS upgrade
- Contribute to internal knowledge management system
- Conduct timely and accurate upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration and management in accordance with change and release management processes
- Design and implement enterprise Windows Server solutions that meet business requirements
Requirements:
- Experience on Windows 2016 , 2019 , 2022.
- Strong Knowledge on troubleshooting skills on Windows server.
- Knowledge on Remote system administration.
- Understanding of capacity planning, performance Monitoring and tuning.
- Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.).
- Knowledge is on Automation -VRA will be added advantages.
- Power shell scripting .
