Job Description:

Support and Maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Applications, non-EBS applications, 19c databases and ability to work in 24/7 shifts.

Strong knowledge in R12.2 and 12c, 19c architecture.

Hands on experience in Monitoring and Troubleshooting issues related to R12.2 E-Business Suite Applications, 11g, 12c, 19c databases.

Hands on experience in R12.2 adop patching and all adadmin activities, troubleshoot concurrent request and concurrent manager issues, workflow mailer issues.

Hands on experience in applying Oracle E-Business Suite Application patches (PSU, One-off, Mini Pack, Family Pack) using adop options.

Knowledge in SOA. OBIEE and Weblogic related applications, basics of EBS integrations, ETL loads.

Strong knowledge and hands on experience in OEM 13c and ability to configure OEM alerts and metrics.

Strong knowledge in Disaster-recovery and Oracle Standby databases.

Ability to handle non-EBS and multiple infra applications based on training on KT

Hands-on experience either in R12 cloning or R12 application upgrade.

Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java and ability to understand the code and issues.

Creating Severity TARs/SR and conduct OWC sessions with Oracle support to resolve issues.

Hands-on experience in RAC, ASM, Grid, RMAN Backup and Recovery

Ability to learn and work in Exadata servers, Azure cloud.

Hands-on experience in change migration request to production and work with Release/Change Management teams for deployments, Outages and code migrations across Prod and Non-Prod Environments and month end activities.

Knowledge in Track Security Certificate expirations and request new certificates for EBS Applications and knowledge in SSL, TLS, SSO, Load Balancer configuration and other security configurations.

Knowledge in Unix and shell scripting and ability to write scripts for monitoring and administration and ability to understand python.

Professional Attributes Good in Communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player.

Ability to create SOPs and documentations and presentations.

Ability to lead production issues and always communicated to client and join client meetings.
