L2 Networking with Lead Role for NOC
- Operations Management:
- Oversee network operations and supervise staff.
- Assign tasks, manage workload, and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and address customer complaints.
- Handle escalated incidents or critical tickets.
- Analyze risks and participate in major changes.
- Diagnose issues, identify incident patterns, and drive problem resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
- Technical Skills (Primary):
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
- Hold Palo Alto certification with strong firewall (L2) skills.
- Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancer (LTM and GTM).
- Familiarity with other firewalls (Cisco, ZScaler, Checkpoint).
- Expertise in switching technology (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP).
- Cisco Routing & Switching on Access, core and distribution layers, Wireless Cisco /Aruba.

- 6-10 years of core enterprise network experience (Routing & Switching).
- F5 Load balancer experience (LTM, GTM).
- L2 firewall skills (Palo Alto, Cisco, ZScaler, Checkpoint).
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification is mandatory.
