? Perform as lead design and technical resource for a customer's cloud engagement.
? Perform consultation and support on-site with and for the client.
? Experience in building and maintaining cloud-native applications.

? AWS networking features & constraints, including Direct Connect,TGW, Route 53, Security Groups, IP address assignment.
? You will demonstrate customer focus by quickly analyzing and fixing public cloud related issues reported by customers, internal and external.
? Performs AWS, Azure service development and design work that may include cloud architecture analysis and design, and systems engineering.
? Develops technical roadmaps for cloud implementations.

? Work closely with application development and infrastructure teams on day-to-day tasks.
? Maintain familiarity with emerging technologies.
? Administrate our Kubernetes EKS clusters and their lifecycle, in order to guarantee a high degree of reliability, security, scalability, and confidence at any given time, provide support, improve and implement Kubernetes internal components and applications on top of multiple EKS clusters and troubleshoot and triage issues as they arise.
? Work closely with various teams across the organization, including the security team, development team, and operations team for any AWS infrastructure request.
? Being able to excel with minimal technical supervision, embrace reliability constraints, be proactive, contribute improvements to the platform.
? Encourage best practice policies, ability to adapt to various technologies and be willing to get involved with the Kubernetes and AWS community as needed.
? Working on ITIL framework.
? Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational workflows.
? Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence;
? Create and maintain custom scripts using powershell, python, and bash;

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
? Proficiency in cloud services and cloud infrastructure like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, etc.
? Expertise with AWS Tools -EC2, S3, VPCs, Route 53,EFS, ELB and IAM services.
? Administrate our Kubernetes EKS clusters and their lifecycle, in order to guarantee a high degree of reliability, security, scalability, and confidence at any given time, provide support, improve and implement Kubernetes internal components and applications on top of multiple EKS clusters and troubleshoot and triage issues as they arise.
? Continued learning of cloud platforms internally and externally as the competitive landscape.
? Work closely with various teams across the organization, including the security team, development team, and operations team for any AWS infrastructure request.
? Being able to excel with minimal technical supervision, embrace reliability constraints, be proactive, contribute improvements to the platform.

? Linux administration and command-line / shell scripting (Perl, Bash or Python)
? Hands on experience in AWS provisioning
? Experience in AWS Networking ? Direct Connect/VPC, NACL's, security groups, etc.
? Include implementation of monitoring, reporting, deploying, refining and automating configurations on all AWS resources, and working with external and internal users on AWS issue troubleshooting.

Preferred skills:
? AWS Certification - Professional Level(Mandatory).

Additional skills:
? Multi Cloud Exposure.
? Experience with Devops practices and tools such as Jenkins, Code Deploy and other tools(Optional)
? Experience analyzing logs using tools, such as CloudWatch, SolarWinds.
? Experience with Orchestration tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation;
? Familiarity of management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible(Optional).
