The Innovation Consultant will:
- Evaluate emerging and cutting-edge technologies, scope and define use cases, and onboard new content, leading developer teams within SVIC and BIC in a Product Manager capacity
- Project manage the curating of relevant and Industry Use Cases / Demos / Proof-of-Concepts (storyboard, wireframe, prototype, development) to bring innovative ideas to life using Agile methodology
- Deliver showcases and conduct workshops for various stake holders from client teams
- Collaborate and work closely with Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing & Tech, Communications, and Healthcare Business Units to map out agendas and visit flows
- Evangelize Innovation showcases featuring GenAI, AR/VR, IoT and other emerging technologies
- Coordinate, plan, and interact with account teams (GBUs and SMEs) to craft customer journeys, capture insights, and explore potential opportunities after client engagements
- Determine how to track the impact of SVIC engagements
- Conduct Pre-Sales conversations with GAEs to establish business requirements for emerging industry themes and bespoke client workshops/events
- Manage end-to-end process of Workshops and Events (virtual/physical/hybrid) from planning, preparation, execution

- Hands on Project management and overall IT industry experience.

- Good to have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, hardware, and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited US college or university
- Ideally an MBA from an accredited business school
