Role Summary

The Innovation Lead will lead the pre-sales process, manage workshops and events, and deliver showcases and workshops for clients. They will collaborate with various business units to map out agendas and visit flows, project manage the curation of industry use cases, and evangelize innovation showcases featuring AI, AR, VR, and IoT. Additionally, they will evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate with account teams, and track the impact of Innovation Center engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Conduct Pre-Sales conversations with GAEs to establish business requirements for emerging industry themes and bespoke client workshops/events
  • Manage end-to-end process of Workshops and Events (virtual/physical/hybrid) from planning, preparation, execution
  • Deliver showcases and conduct workshops for various stake holders from client teams
  • Collaborate and work closely with Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing & Tech, Communications, and Healthcare Business Units to map out agendas and visit flows
  • Project manage the curating of relevant and Industry Use Cases / Demos / Proof-of-Concepts (storyboard, wireframe, prototype, development) to bring innovative ideas to life using Agile methodology
  • Evangelize Innovation showcases featuring AI, AR, VR, and IoT
  • Evaluate emerging and cutting-edge technologies, scope and define use cases, and onboard new content
  • Coordinate, plan, and interact with account teams (GBUs and SMEs) to craft customer journeys, capture insights, and explore potential opportunities after client engagements
  • Determine how to track the impact of Innovation Center engagements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • A strong team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to a start-up like working environment
  • A technologist with a good understanding of technology trends in the industry and ability to visualize and articulate future of technology
  • Strategic Business Perspective: consultative approach to understand the industry, customer business, and the marketplace
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, must have the ability to connect with C-Level leadership
  • Design Thinking approach , good experience in conducting collaborative workshops
  • Articulate thoughts clearly in verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be able to work with different teams within Customer organization and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
  • Possesses Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication skills with Service oriented attitude to build Productive Work Relationship and Goal-oriented Customer focus
  • Hands on Project management and overall IT industry experience.
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Great people management skills
  • Good to have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, hardware, and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ideally an MBA from an accredited business school
