We're looking for a creative Junior Digital Designer with the experience, passion and skills to help us rid the world of crappy design - one project at a time.
Would you like to:
- Work on exciting projects across sectors and for a wide range of clients
- Turn complex challenges into digital experiences
- Take part in all parts of the design process from research, concept, design development and implementation
- Work within cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex challenges
- Interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure that design is implemented and delivered at a high level

We would like you to be:
- A design graduate with up to 2 years of work experience in the industry
- Geeky about design systems, UI, and UX and interested in both branding and visual identity, as well as front-end development and tech
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts - to bring them to life
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
- A facilitator who can link insights, strategy and creative problem thinking into a solution and host inspiring workshops
