Roles & Responsibility
- IT Solution design for setting up ODC based on the project requirement which includes Business ramp-up, relocation, expansion and new logo
- RFI /RFP response on IT infra
- Participate in customer Due Diligence, able to handle customer Visits, CIO visits & provide end-to-end support for Deals and BAFO needs, MSA reviews etc
- Creation and Submission of IT solution document to Business and end Customer based on the engagement
- Collaboration with internal teams and with external Telecom Service provider and IT vendors
- Governance & Review of ODC setup process in line with customer sign-off and as per expected go live date
- IT initiatives driven by Enterprise (Business specific)
- Start Green Project Delivery and Governance
- Quality and Security Compliance for account
- Should understand the process and adhere to the same
- Drive and govern Global Delivery Enablement Initiatives for Business

Technical Skill: -
- Knowledge on routing and switching concepts and technologies (Cisco ASR1000, ISR4000, C9000,C6500, 4500, Nexus platform )
- Experience with DNA, SDA, ACI, ISE - C9300
- Strong Knowledge on VPN, MPLS technology and Firewalls ( Checkpoint, Palo Alto UTM/NGTP firewall) Hybrid Cloud Architectures; IaaS, Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge on Forward & Reverse proxy, WAF Remote access and IPSEC VPN solutions
- Knowledge on IPS, APTs, Security Solution Blue Coat, ZScaler
- Knowledge on ACD, Toll /TFN, CTI integration, IVRS, SIP Trunking
- Load Balancing (Radware, F5, Cisco ACE, others) Wireless Controller, Access Points (Cisco CT5508, Meraki)
- Knowledge in dynamic and static routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, VRFs, PBB, MPLS, etc.
- Should have knowledge on Security controls, Audit Requirements - ISO 27001, SSAE16 etc
