We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure Solution Design Specialist with expertise in handling tasks related to Application growth requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of current IT Infrastructure Technologies from the various disciplines (Server hard- and software, Virtualization, Databases, Storage and Network).

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with on- and off-premises solutions (e.g. MS Azure) as well as horizontal and vertical scaling of server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions to meet resource expansion requirements.
• Manage and optimize server configurations and virtual machine (VM) environments (on- and off-premises).
• Assess and enhance CPU, memory, and storage capabilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize expertise in HP server products, VMware, Linux, and Windows Server OS, Storage and Network to support infrastructure needs.
• Oversee storage solutions including DAS, NAS, and SAN, ensuring efficient data management and accessibility.
• Utilize data analytics tools, including Power BI and Alteryx, to analyze workload patterns and predict future resource requirements for applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Document infrastructure designs and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and issue resolution.

• Extensive knowledge of HP server products, VMware, and MS Azure Services.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Strong understanding of storage solutions (DAS, NAS, SAS).
• Experience in various IT domains such as DBA, Engineering, and Operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI.
• Ability to analyze data to recognize workload patterns and predict future resource needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. MS Azure AZ-900 / AZ-104 , VMware Certified Professional, HP ASE, etc)
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on infrastructure solution design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
