We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator (100%) to undertake a variety of HR and administrative tasks. Do you have an affinity for people processes and services?

Roles and responsibilities
- Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related to various HR processes and issues
- Advise employees on Swiss-specific labor laws; sick leave, maternity leave, pension withdrawal, reference letters, child allowance, etc.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS: Workday, e.g. absence control
- Support the employee life cycle; on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc.
- Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providers
- Collaborate with internal and external departments
- Prepare weekly or monthly reporting
- Process and issue various employment documentation
- Recommend process improvements for existing HR processes
- Run reports, analyze data, understand existing trends and provide insights on existing processes for both growing and or changing user needs
- On-boarding and cross-training existing and or new team members
- Other job tasks (Ad Hoc and regular) and project work, as required
- You are not required to already be an expert in all the mentioned tasks, however, you should show an interest and be willing to learn!

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree, or relevant experience with a focus on HR would be preferred
- At least 2 year of HR experience (HR Operations, HR Process Management, Employee or Customer-service, On- and Off-boarding)
- Experience using G-Suite and MS Office 365
- Confidential handling of personal data comes natural to you
- Experience in a customer facing role is highly beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and German (at least B2)
- Familiarity with the Swiss Labor law framework and practices
- Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Very high attention to detail
