Role: Head of Infrastructure Transformation

Location: Mumbai/Anywhere in India

About the role:

Head of Infrastructure Transformation involves leading and managing various aspects of IT infrastructure, such as Network and Security engineering, End-user and server engineering, evaluations of new technologies, program management, setting up new infrastructure, and driving large and complex project management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing the IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap for the organization, in alignment with the business needs and objectives.
  • Leading and coordinating the program management function, including Planning, Budgeting Vendor Management, and reporting of IT infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Setting up new infrastructure, such as business delivery centres, offshore development centres, and cloud platforms, and driving large and complex project management, such as migrations, integrations, transformations, and upgrades, involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Managing and developing a team of IT infrastructure professionals and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners, such as business units, senior management, vendors, and regulators.
  • Lead IT Strategy and transformations team for Network, Security, Cloud, Endpoint, M&A and Telecom

Qualifications

  • 20 years+ experience
  • Graduate degree mandatory, master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including items such as Networking, Security, servers, storage, databases, virtualization and voice
  • Program Management experience with delivery methodologies and able to drive Agile adoption
  • Good Communications skills and Business acumen.
  • Experience in managing a large, diverse team.
