Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to define & own processes related to Delivery Assurance and Transition Management. In addition will be responsible for DMPU (Delivery Management Practice Unit) Operations which includes defining qualification criteria and training frameworks for Delivery management roles in the organization ( PM/DM/PGM/ADH/Transition Manager roles)

Do
1. Define and develop policies, processes, governance systems for Delivery Assurance, Transition Management & Delivery Management
a. Define, establish and monitor the process guidelines for Delivery Assurance
b. Define, establish and enhance Integrated Transition Framework based on business needs
c. Define Process, qualification criteria for delivery management roles and implement them
d. Identify and review development and maintenance of tools and applications to build efficient and effective delivery excellence processes.
e. Interact with key stakeholders in GBL’s to review and refine the processes on an ongoing basis
2. Define Training framework and content for Transition Management and Delivery management roles
a. Define the training framework and content for Transition Manager and Transition Director roles in collaboration with GBL practitioners and L&D team
b. Define the Training framework and content for Program Manager, Delivery manager & Project Manager roles in collaboration with GBL practitioners and L&D team
c. In collaboration with GBL’s perform capacity planning for the critical roles like transition manager and program manager and enable training support
3. Ensuring system implementation of the Delivery excellence processes
a. In collaboration with GBLs, define and own the Business Requirement Document (BRD) for DA, Transition Management and Program Management
b. Work with Implementation partners (CIO team) and ensure quality release on-time
c. Responsible for UAT and post implementation support.
4. Team Management
a. Resourcing
i. Forecast talent requirements as per the current and future business needs
ii. Hire adequate and right resources for the team
b. Talent Management
i. Ensure adequate onboarding and training for the team members to enhance capability & effectiveness
ii. Build an internal talent pool and ensure their career progression within the organization
iii. Manage team attrition
iv. Drive diversity in leadership positions
c. Performance Management
i. Set goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to own direct reports
ii. Ensure that the Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team
d. Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
i. Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
ii. Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
