The candidate is expected to manage a team of Assistant managers / senior team leaders. Should be responsible for leading client communications, weekly and monthly business reviews. Should be able to drive a top-notch performance with no hiccups. Must be good in implementing change with no negative impact on deliverables.
Should have the ability to keep the team motivated in pressure situations. An Ideal candidate should have eye to details and must have some experience on Sigma skills to be able to support innovation/value projects in the business
Key skills - Operations, Leadership, team management, Ability to achieve & sustain the top notch performance, Client relationship management, Effective written & verbal communication and a solution maker
