Job Specifications
The role will focus on the Canadian Geography across businesses, as well as support key strategic initiatives across the sectors in the Americas Strategic Market Unit (SMU). The role is aligned to three strategic priorities of Wipro with a clear focus on Growth - Growth in the existing portfolio of large clients, winning large deals in existing as well as in new accounts and strategic partnerships with large technology players in the sector. This is a fixed term role.

There are multiple channels and activities to drive the above and proficiency and expertise in using the channel is an important requirement. The channels include but not limited to -
- Social media & Digital marketing campaigns both paid and organic (Wipro website, SEO, online advertising, online communities, Linkedin)
- Account specific events or sector specific events created around a set of accounts and customers (both in person and virtual)
- Direct marketing (email/mail/ email newsletter)
- Intent based campaigns
- Lead generation, management and nurturing campaigns
- Account Specific Microsites
- Use of technology and platforms to drive campaigns - Marketo and SFDC
Summary of Marketing priorities
This is a business marketing role which can be successful only if the person can initiate and hold conversations across levels within the team as well as with cross-functional teams. It is also an individual contributor role, where you will support the marketing head.
Your day-to-day work may include one or more of;
Execute on account-based marketing for your sector covering existing and new accounts
Maintain the account lists, account plans and customer databases for both existing and new accounts and updating that periodically.
Work with processes, agencies, and specialized marketing teams (social media, brand, martech etc.) to plan and execute activities
Understand industry, business, accounts and constantly view market, competition marketing activities
Lead generation, lead management and nurturing campaigns
Analyze data, gain insights and course correct as required
End to end planning, executing and lead management for account specific events or sector specific events created around a set of accounts and customers ( both in person and virtual)
Drive marketing programs within the sector and across the SMU.
Interact and build a peer and stakeholder network within and outside the organization
Use your proficiency in presentation, datasheets, and documents
Track, maintain activity trackers, budgets and other operational tasks
Work with SME and teams to drive the Thought leadership and content charter for the business sector
Functional Skills (either a natural interest/ acquired interest/ studies proficiency)
- Work experience in Canada in marketing.

- Understanding of Partner and Alliances marketing
- use of Martech- tools like Marketo, SFDC and use of LinkedIn, Facebook, etc tod drive Demand
- Good writing, editing skills for both longer form content and social media/
- IT Sales cycle understanding & IT Marketing Experience
