The Lead developer Full Stack - Digital Products is responsible for working closely with client's software developers, testers, analysts and project/product managers to achieve their development goals. The selected person will be responsible for choosing an optimal solution to implement, test, maintain, monitor and document the work. The person will also be responsible for their integration into the product architecture and enterprise infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in architectural discussions for the application before writing User Stories
  • Create and guide with your teammates to develop and define "user stories", provide comments and recommendations, provide time estimates and identify areas at risk;
  • Design, implement, and test code using technologies such as Nest.js, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, BigQuery, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
  • Be an advocate of quality throughout the development process;
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to refine and improve internal software development processes, testing methodologies and internal testing tools;
  • Create and maintain existing documentation (i.e. requirements, designs, architectures, release notes, user manuals, etc.).
Mandatory Skills
  • Experience as a software developer.
  • Hands on experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Have experience with NestJS or Node.js and Angular.
  • Have SQL experience.
  • Have a general understanding of distributed computing architectures.
  • General understanding of operating systems (ie: Windows or Linux).
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or GCloud SDK and console.
  • Have experience with .NET (C#) (asset).
  • A general understanding of storage technologies and networking (asset).
  • Experience with schema-based and non-schema-based databases (asset).
  • Experience with the publish-subscribe (pub / sub) model (asset).
  • Experience with Google Firebase (asset).
  • BigQuery experience (creating tables and datasets, nested and repeated fields, partitioning) (asset).
Desirable skills
  • A t least a college diploma in computer science with equivalent experience. (A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be an asset)
