We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.We are currently hiring for an important project in the QAAS (Advisory Services) domain for one of the largest American information technology companies, among the other Big Five corporation, with a notable presence in the social media industry.

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day audit operations, performance according to relevant service level metrics, and compliance to guidelines and policies for providing the Services
- Leading and managing a team of Quality Analysts (IQE) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with client requirements and organizational standards
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes, guidelines, and standards to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular ATA to check the understanding of the audits done by IQEs as a part of internal Governance
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending strategies for performance enhancement
- Ensuring internal & external calibration sessions are executed based on the expectation in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to implement quality initiatives, resolve issues, and drive process improvements
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices
- Ensuring Billing targets are met by carrying effective capacity planning and controlling planned & unplanned shrinkage and attrition as per organization standards

Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate from any stream
- Native English/ Irish language proficiency
- Certification in quality management or related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years in BPO experience in Quality / Process excellence domain in Advertising, E-commerce platforms, Financial Domain, Digital Marketing Domain
- Excellence in Communication & presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a quality-focused role with a team size of 10-20 Quality Analysts
- Experience in Leading calibration sessions as a lead
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business needs
- Knowledge of Google Looker studio would represent an advantage
- Presentation Skills
