Job Description -
Candidates should have minimum 5 - 7 years experience in people/project management.
- Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in US Mortgage and Wealth Management.
- Candidate should have good understanding of Delivery operational parameters.
- Candidate can handle multiple projects.
- Candidate will work closely with stakeholders and would be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
- People manager is key, minimum span of 30-50 FTE. Exp in appraisals and managing day to day HR and other people issues
- Client centric role, based out of Client location, need to face client day to day basis taking feedback generating new business
- Hybrid Mode ( Candidate should be flexible to work 5 days if required)
