Introduction

The Field Service Engineer responsible for End User Support, Desktop Support, Break-fix activities, Hands & Feet Support, Joiner and Leavers Tasks/Asset Management. Additionally, the Field Service engineer is responsible for the daily management and execution of all go-to-market digital services, ensuring all services are delivered to the business in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, this role will actively contribute and help drive digital solutions with key stakeholders for critical business initiatives

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage, resolve, and escalate incidents and requests for IT Digital Services group
  • User management for all digital technologies and tools
  • Domain registration and domain transfers
  • Mobile application deployment, signing and publication through Apple Store and Google Play Stores
  • Management of data subject access requests (DSAR), focused primarily on CCPA requests, but may also involve GDPR, etc.
  • Management of Digital Inventory assets of websites, web and mobile applications
  • Providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and
  • fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
Mandatory Skills
  • Hands on experience in installing & troubleshooting hardware issues for Laptop, Desktop, Printers and accessories o Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, Server setups and concepts.
  • Ability to perform smart and physical assistance activity under instruction, at sites.
  • Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
  • Conference room A/V equipment assistance & troubleshooting.
  • Basic VOIP phone configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability.
  • Relevant IT experience in Digital solutions like Service now, Intune, CMDB, Etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Basic installation and troubleshooting of standard software's / application like Adobe, browsers, citrix.
  • Basic installation and troubleshooting of office applications (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive)
  • Basic understanding on Data backups.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting for VDI, SCCM.
  • Contribution towards creating KB article.
  • Ensuring all SRQs, Incidents are addressed within stipulated SLA timelines.
  • Good Customer management skill.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Able to interact and work with customer at different levels.
  • Self- Driven and result oriented.
  • Really passionate about the work
