Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft System Centre Suite 2016/2019, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the Configuration Manager - Current Branch, including updates, patches, and system configurations.
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/Win11 operating systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Handle MAC operating systems such as Sonoma, Sequoia, 14.xx & 15.xx, including troubleshooting and updates.
- Integrate and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM (Android, iOS, Windows) and PC management, ensuring compliance and security.
- Utilize Operations Manager 2016 to monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite, ensuring secure mobile access and data protection.
- Manage federated identity solutions using Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager, ensuring secure and seamless access.
- Package and deploy applications for MAC and other platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
