  • To work with leading O&G clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute Real Time Data Management projects.
  • To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long - term solutions

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree, preferably Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation
  • MBA / PGDM (preferred though not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 5+ yrs of experience in Data Historians (like OSIsoft PI, Aspen IP21)- Real Time Data Management (RTDM) systems implementation, consulting, upgradation, migration and support
  • Proficiency in handling Requirement gathering workshops
  • Experience in capturing functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience in preparing Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Detailed Design Specification (DDS) documentations.
  • Ability to work, troubleshoot and Support Applications ? OSIsoft PI, Aspen IP21
  • Experience on RTDM system rollout, integration with third party applications (Control systems, MES and ERP applications)
  • Experience in Cloud deployment of Data Historians.
  • Knowledge in AWS / Azure Cloud, Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics is preferable
  • Should know ITIL processes - incident, problem, request and change management.
  • Proficient in Support project execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
  • Should be able to perform lead roles and manage larger teams.
  • Domain skills ? knowledge in Oil and Gas Upstream / Downstream will be an advantage
  • Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the RTDM space

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Work together with different business stakeholders to collect and document requirements in Functional Design and cover all business needs.
  • Define detailed scope, delivery timelines and milestones.
  • Closely work with business stakeholders in Sites to align with newly implemented processes
  • Alignment with different parties (business owner, implementation team, and IT), that involves direct interaction, and streamlining on delivery requirement and timing
  • Support IT team as a RTDM expert and provide the necessary knowledge transfer in the domain
  • Implements configuration changes, redesigns, new releases and updates to the systems environment
  • Designs interfaces, processes, reports, enhancements and conversions for assigned complex and large-scale application systems and reporting environments to meet business requirements
  • Manage other consultants and own the end to end to delivery of business process re-engineering Support data migration team in terms of validating data and help the team as a functional expert.
  • Designs and perform quality assurance testing and perform unit and integration testing.
  • Facilitates meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with end-users, standardizing training and providing detailed documentation as needed
  • Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good team player with good attitude
  • Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
