- MH: have sound knowledge of banking industry and 5+ years of minimum experience in hands on development and support.
- MH: have excellent understanding of n-tier digital solutions / platforms; Ideally spanning: React, SQL, Java code, code debugging, shell/PowerShell scripting and good grasp on Linux systems, and have good understanding of / hands on with Oracle database, Postgres database, AutoSys job scheduling.
- MH : Very good with SQL/PLSQL and good with Java debugging.
- MH: confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences, and strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing.
- MH: ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking.
- SH: experience with Cloud, ideally Azure and on-prem deployment technologies, monitoring tools such as App Dynamics and Splunk
- SH: capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
- CH: aware of ITIL and /or trained and in depth understanding of standards, methods, techniques, templates as defined by SDLC including code source control workflow and preferably hands-on with GitLab
- CH: interested in learning modern technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
