Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Siebel CRM platform.
- Configuring Siebel applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Integrating Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services and middleware technologies.
- Carries knowledge on unit testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and peers.
- Supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Documenting technical designs, release notes, and other relevant artifacts.
- Experience in Siebel IP17+ versions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.
- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and integration methods.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Siebel certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Expert, Siebel CRM).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
