Work Shifting - 01.30 pm to 11.00 pm (IST) shift Window .

Transport: One Way - Drop Only

Passport- Should have valid Passport ( No scope of onshore opportunity)

Notice Period: Immediate - 2 Month

Desired Experience:-

  • Deep functional expertise with middle level client interaction
  • High level of discretion and decision-making
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience of Insurance systems
  • Ability to follow accounting processes but understand variations from the process.
  • Able to articulate issues/queries to senior management - Verbally and written.
  • Able to articulate issues/queries to UK and local management - Verbally and written,
  • F&A and R&A specific professional qualifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develops departmental plans and controls resources and policy formulation. Mentors/develops junior staff.

Specialise high level expertise in productive high value role - senior qualified professional. Recognised expert, best practice/quality resource within own discipline.

Responsibilities :

- High complex activity processing & approvals basis DOA.

- Works independently, to agreed standards and guidelines with a full practical grasp of systems, methods and applications.

- Participate in daily/weekly reviews with internal/external stake holders

- Performance Management - Set performance standards, Helping team meet targets, performance evaluation & corrective actions

- Ability to perform RCA and derive solutions

- Drive process improvements, re-design, automation across processes

- Engage with internal & external customers with full transparency, timely and meaningfully and involve sr. leaders when required.

- Through understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance to local regulations/guidelines.

- Manage referrals on customer queries, provide relevant information, solve disputes and handle difficult conversations with professionalism and customer obsession.

- Support managers with subject matter expertise & business insights

- Provide all stakeholders with periodic/adhoc reporting

- Ability to train & coach and provide floor support

- Excellent communication Skills Mandate

- Managing entry level business counterparts/Client interactions

- Decision making & ability to work collaboratively.

  • UK pension & Retirement
  • UK life insurance / US DC / Australia Superannuation / Insurance
  • UK any other FCA-regulated financial services (since The Financial Conduct Authority is the conduct regulator for around 50000 financial services firms and financial markets in the UK)
  • Pension + Insurance background profiles who are handling team
  • Should have experience in RCA Process & Client Interaction
  • People management experinece with 1-1 connect, appraisal discussions
