• 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing tools, Python, Jenkins.

• Primary Skills: Python, Jenkins, Data Loading (using any ETL Tool, preferably Cognos Data Manager).
• Experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake is must.
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL is essential.
• Experience or exposure to the Oracle platform using any ETL tool.
• Prior experience and knowledge of GitHub is desirable.
• Prior experience with BI Reporting Tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor ETL (Python-based) jobs scheduled in Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Oversee ETL data loads using Cognos Data Manager or any other ETL tool.
• Identify and resolve data issues by leveraging DBT and Snowflake
• Troubleshoot the root cause of issues and provide resolution within SLA.
• Handle daily operational service tickets and work on change requests or enhancements.
• Provide L2 and L3 support to business users.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is desired.
• Adhere to all AMS project metrics (SLA, Incident management, Minor enhancements, Release/Change coordination).
• Coordinate with customers and onsite/offshore teams.
• Conduct Knowledge Transitions to new team members regarding ETL and Cognos tools.
• Experience or exposure to the Oracle platform using any ETL tool.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and experience in Unix/Linux-based environments.
