Overview:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to partner closely with product management and to help drive data-driven product development and decision making. In this role, you will work on identifying actionable insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, and leveraging machine learning algorithms to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data science and machine learning as well as the ability to translate insights into impactful business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with cloud-based AI tools to implement machine learning (ML) models for specific product features.
• Optimize model performance and accuracy through iterative improvements and adaptation to product requirements.
• Clean and prepare data for analysis and model training, including handling missing values and transformation to ensure data quality as well as exploratory data review to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Utilize data to identify product opportunities and user behaviors that influence product decisions and strategy.
• Design and implement ML models to improve product personalization, recommendation systems and advanced automation tools to support our products, customers and internal operations team.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to identify key metrics and KPIs, communicate AI outcomes, business performance, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support the implementation of data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between data initiatives and business goals.
• Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for AI initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Hands on experience with Google Cloud AI tools or other cloud-based machine learning tools such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure Machine Learning, etc.
• Proven ability to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives such as personalization, predicative analytics or NLP
• The ability to clearly articulate data insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for deploying AI/ ML
Required Experience:
• 5 + years of experience as a Data Scientist with at least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
