Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various accounts using CyberArk components.
- Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners on CyberArk.
- Health check monitoring on CyberArk and Vault Severs to ensure availability for end-users.
- Administration of the Secrets Management platform & application lifecycle.
- Configuration of vault namespaces and assist vault end users in triaging and troubleshooting.
- Disaster recovery, security vulnerabilities remediation, patching activities on supporting platforms.
- Assist resolve service incidents in line with SLAs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to improve service and enhance knowledge and information sharing.

Your required experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic experience in bash, PowerShell, python, GitHub, GitLab, etc.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, Unix, Windows.
- Basic to intermediate experience working on CI-CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
- Windows and Linux OS administration basics.
- Some experience in Troubleshooting and Debugging.
Highly desired experience
- GCP and AWS Cloud foundations basic concepts.
- Splunk user basics for triaging.
- Basic Network security principals (e.g., AWS/GCP NACL).
- CyberArk Defender certification.
- Higher education diploma in computer science or related fields.
- A few years of relevant experience in IDAM or data privacy and security.
- Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as Terraform (Iac), Jenkins, Harness, etc.
