Overview

This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH headquartered in Frankfurt. The disciplinary manager for this position is Vinnie Krishan and the location of the role is Frankfurt, although we welcome applicants from across Germany. The CIO Advisory business unit is part of Wipro's Consulting division where we address enterprise CIO's business challenges with guidance around key areas such as Enterprise Architecture & Strategy; Cloud Strategy & Advisory; Process & Program Transformation; and Technology Business Management. We are the front-end and tip of the spear when translating business problems into innovative and disruptive solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth for CIO Advisory Domain and Consulting Practice for the region.
  • Lead the design, transformation, optimization, and delivery across all industries.
  • Demonstrate expertise and business acumen in working with a client journey supporting various CIO agendas. Focus towards Cloud Strategy/Advisory, IT Strategy, TBM/FinOps and other critical CIO advisory topics.
  • Build, nurture and maintain strategic C-level relationships within existing and new Fortune500 clients.
  • Stay ahead and look for new and innovative future industry concepts to address client's long term business objectives
  • Partner with other Wipro business units and develop strong relationships to build your own internal eco-system, enabling pull through from CIO Advisory services into large scale transformational journeys.
This role is expected to deliver growth across the following areas:
  • Consulting capabilities across CIO Advisory.
  • CIO Advisory offerings we provide to our customers are: IT spend optimization, simplification and modernization of IT assets, IT governance transformation and driving business IT alignment
  • Healthcare, Energy, FMCG and/or Manufacturing industries - Have deep sector knowledge in a specific industry, familiar with the industry terms and able to communicate with other subject matter experts about industry specific practices.
  • Program management for IT enabled business transformations

Sell & Deliver
  • Ability to present the information effectively to the audience therefore it is mandatory to be native German speaker or be at professional German communication level.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization. Proven and reliable business and/or IT client network within your industry area.
  • Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements. Consulting experience should ideally come from a top tier management consulting firm.
  • Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
  • Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges.

  • Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements.
  • Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
  • Be a champion and passionate advocate for Transformation to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value. The individual must be an ambassador for Digital Adoption and the Digital Transformation for the industry.

  • Have a good understanding of the IT and digital technology, including its application to your industry specialism, including proven experience in at least two business processes which have been delivered with your clients.
