• Understanding of BIAN and other Standards.

• Exposure to Open API specifications and UML design.

• Experience of having participated in BIAN or other industry consultations before
• Experience of having done BIAN assessments for their orgs or their clients

• Eliciting business requirements aligned with strategic intent from bank's the business and IT stakeholders
• Work with the bank's SMEs to create business requirement documents (BRD), Integration requirement docs (IRD)
• Work with product SMEs to perform gap analysis and create functional requirement and solution documents
• Work with product architects to create integration specification documents (ISD)
• Guide and support the bank's business teams in designing test strategies
• Work independently on the project and drive the deliverables

• Creates Backlogs and Epics
• Creates agile user stories and acceptance documentation
• Participates in agile ceremonies
• Directs interaction with business leaders, internal and external ecosystem partners
• Identifies and documents all constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system and business changes.
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.
