A Business Finance Manager role requires working with cross-functional teams and involves following key Responsibilities:
In this role, he ANZ Business Finance team will partner business leaders across the Energy & Minning and Consumer & Industrials industry segments. The candidate would collaborate across global teams in developing, tracking, directing finance strategies for the industry sector in alignment with the Market Unit (ANZ) and company's objectives. The candidate would partner and influence senior leaders including Sector head, Account Executives, Portfolio and Account Delivery Executives in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies thereby optimizing business results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head.
- Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
- Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing for multiple lines of business
- Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis, be part of account/project margin improvement initiatives);
- Working capital governance in conjunction with the Service Line finance and operations teams (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing);
- MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics
- People management - internal stakeholder management
- Actively participate and drive organizational initiatives both from a functional perspective (e.g. Forecast transformation) and business perspective (e.g. productivity drives)
