Required Skills:
- Good banking domain knowledge and nCino platform experience is must
- Should have 10+ years of experience in banking and finance domain
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in working as a business analyst / product owner preferably on nCino or Salesforce platform
- Should have good understanding of ncino data model, nCino object model etc.
- Should be aware of commercial lending concepts and how it is configured in nCino through multiple routes and subroutes with complete knowledge on major objects like loans, collateral, covenants, entity involvement etc.
- Should have worked in previous ncino implementation and should have played key role as a business analyst / product owner
- Should have experience of working in medium to large scale Digital Transformation programs
- Should have basic understanding Agile philosophy
- Should have basic understanding of the integration architecture of a banking landscape and also experience in implementing integrations between nCino platform and other core and ancillary systems within the bank
- Should be able to test APIs and should be well versed with JSON structure and REST APIs
- Understanding of commercial lending processes is a must
- Prior experience on Salesforce core platform along with nCino implementation experience will be highly preferred
- Should be good with formulating and running SQL and SOQL scripts in nCino and salesforce platform
- nCino 201 commercial lending holders will be highly preferred
- nCino 301 certification and Salesforce admin certification mandatory
- Perform analysis to understand current functionality gaps and obtain user perceptions
- Coordinate and lead meetings with SME's and key stakeholders to gather requirements/user stories
- Organizing meetings or workshops to interview or discuss with end users, product owner and subject matter experts to understand business requirements to produce business workflow for the purpose of producing Functional Specifications Document (FSD) (or the equivalent agile artifacts - User stories) in alignment to IT roadmap and strategies
- Work closely with the Business Lead/PO and/or User representatives to ensure that solution is designed to meet the business needs
- Work with the various business stakeholders and supporting technology teams to aid in solutioning and submission of the business paper for sponsor approval
- Elicit, document and communicate non-functional requirements to ensure that the delivered IT systems provide business value
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
