Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement surveillance solutions that enhance compliance and mitigate risk.
• Utilise your expertise in electronic communications surveillance to analyse and interpret data, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Engage in the development and optimisation of alert generation tools, driving improvements in surveillance processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on your understanding of use cases related to front running and insider trading, directly contributing to the project's success.

Ideal Qualifications:

• We'd love to hear from candidates who bring over 10 years of experience in the compliance industry, particularly in electronic communications surveillance.
• You'll thrive in this role if you have a solid understanding of MNPI and are familiar with alert generation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. If you also have knowledge of capital markets, SQL, or global market regulations, that would be a bonus!
