Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify Business Needs & Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance reviews through detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports, identifying key areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to address critical issues.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate with senior management to prepare meeting agendas, circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and ensure all action points are followed up.
- Deadline Tracking & Leadership Updates: Monitor important deadlines and provide regular updates to senior leadership on key discussions and decisions.
- Daily Review Mechanism: Implement and maintain a daily review process to track progress on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Workplan Implementation & Coordination: Ensure rigorous execution of the workplan and effectively coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow alignment.
Data & Report Management: Manage critical data, reports, and provide support for handling special projects, particularly in ancillary business operations.
"Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$90,000] to [$125,000].
