SaaS Licensing Business Analyst

Fulltime/Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Manage software licenses, including procurement, renewal, and compliance tracking.
  • Monitor license usage to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses and user assignments.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Procurement teams to ensure adherence to software licensing policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on software licensing policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in software license management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on software license management.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and agreements.
  • Experience with license management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Intuit's software licensing policies and procedures.
  • Experience with SaaS license management.
  • Experience with cloud-based license management solutions.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$80,000 ] to [$158,000 ]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
