Description
- Knowledgeable in business analysis, and delivery execution practices and standards
- Knowledgeable and acts as a conduit for business and user interaction with technology
- Leveraging domain, product, and systems knowledge, ensure business processes/systems impacted by the requirements are analyzed and the acceptance criteria are well understood and clearly demonstrate changes to business process/systems meet customer needs
- Identifies risks and impediments and leads problem resolution
- Possesses discipline, rigor skills and subject matter knowledge to the requirements elaboration and validation process
- Supports the identification, maintenance and reporting of traceability of requirements
- Work performed under minimal management guidance and supervision
- Identify and lead problem resolution
- Reports to a Manager or Practice Lead
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree
- 6+ experience related business analysis experience
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence and/or other workflow tools
- Understanding/experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism/UI Path)
