Job Description - Banking Governance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with cross functional teams and ensure the governance on Wipro Global banks are up to date and best in class
  • Working with various banks across the globe to build strong working relationships and enable timelines are met and see substantial reduction over a period of time
  • Data management with utmost accuracy and sensitivity
  • Perform activities like corporate account opening, KYC update and other maintenance related activities, in compliance with Data privacy regulations
  • SAP knowledge preferable
  • Possess understanding of legal documents like Board resolutions, Power of attorney and related documents.
  • Understands basic payment flow in bank system and accounting aspects.
  • Stakeholders' management.
  • Continuous focus on process, controls and automations
  • Support audit related activities.
  • Good knowledge of MS tools and PowerPoint.
  • Predominantly a Work from office role, based out of Bangalore

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Any graduate or postgraduate with 4+ years' experience in corporate banking role.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication and organizational skills.
  • Driver of high standards for individual, team and organisational accomplishment and delivering service excellence to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and managing large operations teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Lead cross global functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with company’s Business Operations, and Corporate departments on company goals & initiatives. Manage financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, align with company strategy, and optimize costs and supplier relations. Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.
