Job Description:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for testing facilitators, executors, and validators, and demonstrates high level of accountability and responsibility.
- Responsible for assisting team leadership/management for analysis, design and development of test and project plans on high risk systems.
- Coordinates the development, updating, and maintenance of testing standards and procedures.
- Also reviews the test, validation, and pilot results to make sure they meet the entry and exit criteria.
- Leads all efforts relating to testing and coordination of release control efforts.
- Assists team leadership in defining quality standards, guidelines, methodologies for the team and modifies them as necessary for the requirements.
- Documents defects and generates test metrics.
- Tracks defects to resolution within defined timeframe.
- Manages test environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channel Possesses highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills within areas of business/functional.
Skill Set:
- Strong test planning / coordination / tracking skills.
- Strong expertise in onsite & offshore coordination and managing team of 6-8 members.
- Good expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in complete testing lifecycle of the project.
- Good experience in automation tools like Selenium WDIO/Rest Assure API and CICD.
- Good experience in Jenkins / Maven.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong expertise in reporting skills.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$110,000 ] to [$ 135,000 ]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
