Summary

Detailed Responsibilities
• Learning Deployment and Administration Activities
• Deploy WBT courses to the LMS (Learning Management System), and obtain signoff
• Perform all types of training loads, including audience assignments, training removals, and notifications setup
• Load events and sessions, and perform roster updates in the LMS ensuring accuracy
• Format and load assessments, including creation of question banks.
• Build audiences - pull headcount, or other reports and map them with LMS audience reports to derive audiences for a course.
• Mark completions on approved requests.
• Perform reconciliation activity for data related fixes
• Help resolve course related and other miscellaneous issues
• Login Issues - Access LMS and various other systems to investigate the issue. Follow up with business, and technical contacts to get the issue fixed.
• Help resolve training completion issues
• Help resolve other training related issues
• Interface with client users as their tier 1 support for their learning related issues
• Reports
• Set-up new reports in Reporting tool, share with approved stakeholders
• Obtain ad-hoc reports as and when needed from Reporting tool
• Source File Repository
• Complete retrieval requests
• Complete requests to add files
• Maintain SFR Master Spreadsheet (Tracker)
• Update SOPs as per process changes and look for ways to enhance processes
