Job Responsibilities
Candidate should Support and maintain ALM tool(Qlik/Service Now) and interfaces to other IT tools.
The candidate should be independently doing reports, correction of defects and configuration changes.
Candidate focus will be on implementing and maintaining reports and ServiceNow dashboards.
As an ALM analyst, you will participate in meetings with Customers and internal ALM meetings.
Support all ALM areas of Requirement, deeply understand customer requirements and capable for validation of solutions.
Background Skills
Very proficient in both written and spoken English, and experience in working virtually in a global multicultural environment

6+ years' experience product life cycle support and configuration.
Knowledge of any product lifecycle Tools, Work items, Workflows, Plans, Test runs, Documents and Live reports.
EOL Workflow Function development and condition development.
Knowledge of EXCEL,POWER POINT, multiple reporting tools, and language.
Masters or Bachelor s degree in Computer/IT/Software or equivalent technology full time education.
