Responsibilities
As a F&A Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. Your knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ CRM/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve
• The F&A Process lead needs to have a minimum 9-10 years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
• Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of Oracle fusion applications, specifically in Oracle Cloud Financials.
• The lead consultant should have deep business process knowledge and deep hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud Financials, with experience implementation is a must-have. Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud in the following areas:
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Oracle Cloud Financials implementation methodologies
Indepth knowledge of designing Fusion architecture, and configuring Chart of accounts, Ledgers (Primary, Secondary and Reporting), Business Units, Hierarchies, etc.
• New Functionalities in GL Accounting
• New Functionalities in Asset Accounting
Deep understanding of AP, AR and Tax functionalities
• New Functionalities in Management Accounting
• Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning - EPBCS, EPM, EDMCS, ARCS, etc.
• Overview of Cash Management
* Exposure to Project costing, and Project Billing is very desirable. Having a deep understanding of how Projects interact with AP, PR, PO, AR, etc is a must.
Qualifications - Critical Skills
In addition to F&A Consulting Capability we are looking at the candidate having very high-quality hands-on experience with complex ERP implementations
-Must have deep understanding of how various tracks outside of F&A functions work together for an integrated view of the enterprise applications - ex: inventory, Costing methodologies, order fulfillment, contracts management, procurement functionalities etc, especially relevant to implications on Finance and Accounting.
- Deep architectural understanding of Oracle EBS R12 & fusion financials is a must have.
- Ability to architect a green-field implementation as well as global rollouts is a must.
-Must have the ability to lead solution discussions, lead design workshops, present solution options in front of a large audience as well as key leadership teams like accounting directors, Controller, CFO, etc.
• Deep hands-on Consulting background in transformation around ERP Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud SaaS Financials etc.)
• At least 8 years of deep hands-on consulting on F&A - S4Hana FIN or other ERPs like Oracle Cloud FIN etc.
• Define the best strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to multitask and still stay focused
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
